Members can view the summary and detail level data associated with a claim payment, including payment status. The member can filter the payment data by date and family member. All data displayed in this screen can be exported in CSV format. The Claim Payment History screen is accessible from the Member Payments screens and can be directly linked to the payer’s application via SSO.
Optionally, a View Claim link can be populated to navigate the member back to the claim details in your member portal.
